The Royal Barge has been parked in Richmond for the last few weeks - it will lead the flotilla tomorrow. And here's a quick snap. Rather nice you can get so close to it.
Not sure who will be on it tomorrow (the Queen is on a larger boat apparently). But still, quite a thing.
